Nike Claybreaker technology provides enhanced traction and reduces clay buildup on clay courts. The added traction in the forefoot and midfoot, combined with the wide tread, helps you slide with control. The design is based on pressure maps and analyses of clay accumulation zones, tested on clay courts in Europe under various weather conditions (cold, hot, wet, and dry).
Forefoot Flexibility
The forefoot is more flexible thanks to a smaller Air Zoom unit, placed where the foot receives the most pressure. This maintains responsive shock absorption at impact points while offering greater flexibility.
