About 18% more breathable than Metcon 5, this version features a lightweight mesh that promotes air circulation and keeps your feet cool. A durable silkscreen print reinforces the mesh without sacrificing breathability.
Exceptional stability even under load
The low heel, flat and broad creates a stable base for the weight training sessions. The Hyperlift removable insert lets you adjust the height of the heel from one session to another.

External side of the rubber shoe soles for better grip the ground or when climbing rope.
